We usually respond within a week
In a world of fast fashion, most clothing is designed to be worn for a season and forgotten.
Juāna is building something different—a space where holistic care is not just a concept, but a way of life.
Across everything we create—from super natural textiles to apothecary-inspired candles and thoughtfully crafted garments—Juāna is built around the belief that everyday rituals can support how we care for ourselves and the world around us.
We call it the art of well-being.
A quiet synergy between craftsmanship, natural materials, and self-care routines that transform ordinary moments into something more intentional.
For boutique retailers, that means something powerful: a brand with a clear point of view, beautiful textiles, and a story customers connect with the moment they touch the fabric.
Because when a product feels right—and the story behind it resonates—it doesn’t sit on the shelf.
It becomes part of someone’s ritual.
This is where you come in.
WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE →
Your role is to introduce Juāna’s lifestyle collection to boutiques, resorts, and specialty retailers that align with the brand’s aesthetic and philosophy.
This is not a “carry the whole catalog” approach.
Instead, Juāna believes in curated retail partnerships.
You will identify eco-conscious boutiques, coastal retailers, spa destinations, and resort shops where the brand naturally belongs. Tools like JOOR and targeted research help uncover retailers whose customers value sustainability, natural fabrics, and thoughtful design.
Once a retailer is identified, the conversation begins with discovery.
You learn about the boutique’s clientele, the brands they currently carry, and the overall aesthetic of the store. From there, you present a curated assortment of Juāna pieces that fit the store’s vibe and customer base.
Because the goal is not to place inventory.
The goal is to create collections that feel intentional inside each store.
Orders are captured through digital line sheets or on-site presentations, with careful attention to sizing, assortment, and delivery timelines.
Once a store becomes a partner, your role continues.
You help educate retail staff on the Juāna story—where the fabrics come from, why hemp textiles matter, and how the garments connect to the larger philosophy of wellness and natural living.
Because when boutique teams understand the story, they share it with customers.
And when the story resonates, the garments sell themselves.
WHAT YOU’RE EXCITED TO BRING WITH YOU →
This role is designed for someone who understands the world of boutique retail and wholesale fashion.
You likely have experience selling high-end apparel, accessories, or lifestyle products into independent boutiques, resort stores, or specialty retailers, and you’re comfortable traveling throughout your territory to meet buyers and build relationships in person.
You enjoy identifying stores where a brand truly belongs and developing partnerships with boutique owners and buyers who care deeply about the products they bring into their shops. Existing relationships with boutique retailers are a strong advantage, but just as important is your ability to recognize where a brand naturally fits. If you already have relationships with boutique buyers, resort retailers, or specialty lifestyle stores, you’ll find plenty of opportunity to introduce Juāna to partners who value thoughtful design, natural fabrics, and brands with a meaningful story.
Ideally, you’ve helped introduce an emerging or lesser-known brand into the market before—opening doors, building trust with boutique buyers, and helping retailers see the opportunity in a brand that deserves a place in their store.
You know how to present collections thoughtfully, help buyers select pieces that complement their assortment, and support retail teams so they can confidently share the brand with their customers.
