THE WORK YOU’LL DO & THE CLIENTS YOU’LL PARTNER WITH
This role is about helping us cross the line from hustle to scalable excellence. But beyond the challenge of building a repeatable, measurable sales engine, what you’ll find here is a truly unique environment built for the ambitious, full-cycle salesperson.
You won’t be selling a single service—you’ll be selling the entire Revenue Engine: from sales-team evaluations, competency-based training, and manager coaching to playbook creation and hiring strategy.
You’ll guide executives—Founders, CEOs, CHROs, and Sales Leaders—through that realization, helping them uncover what’s broken inside their revenue engines and see the opportunity to build stronger, more scalable sales organizations. You’ll partner with entrepreneurs and growth-minded clients who are deeply committed to cultures of excellence, making your sales conversations highly strategic and high-impact.
This is a full-cycle sales role. You’ll prospect, qualify, nurture, close, and stay engaged post-sale to ensure a seamless handoff and measurable client success. You’re not here to sell and disappear; you’re here to build relationships that last for years to come.
While you’ll inherit some inbound opportunities, this role is far more hunter than farmer. The majority of your time will be spent outbound—building smart campaigns with outbound tools, targeting B2B organizations that are actively hiring or scaling their sales teams. You’ll also have the freedom to design and test campaigns that align with your instincts and experience—vetted by leadership but driven by you. From re-engaging past accounts to spotting hiring trends on LinkedIn, you’ll decide where to hunt within our ICP.
You’ll report directly to Braedi DeLong, Chief Operating Officer. Braedi has been all over the map in the last 20 years, helping companies grow 100% YoY, increasing profit margins 40%+, repairing financial leaks in the multi-millions, creating new products, and course correcting the sales profession. Her problem-solving has led to many wins...a list that won’t fit here.

WHAT YOU’RE EXCITED TO BRING WITH YOU
You’ve probably sold services before. Consulting, training, maybe enablement. You know how to navigate complexity. You’re comfortable leading strategic, executive-level conversations about business outcomes, not feature sets.
You’re disciplined with your process, tight with your systems, curious about data, and coachable enough to evolve as we grow. You don’t crumble under pressure—you calibrate. You understand that sales isn’t about flash or bravado; it’s about helping people make decisions they can trust.
You’re also ready to build. Whether that’s refining our outbound playbook by sharing your lived experiences, experimenting with messaging, or helping define what “great” looks like in a non-founder-led motion—you’re here to leave your thumbprint on something still being shaped.
And yes, you’ll train hard. Settling for the status quo isn’t an option here. You’ll go deep into our Sales DNA—starting with you taking the same assessment we use with clients to uncover your strengths and growth areas—then apply what you learn through our Decoded™ sales process training program. You’ll spend time with our subject-matter experts, mastering every product you’ll sell. We’ll invest heavily in both your onboarding and ongoing training & support, but we’ll expect you to show up ready to learn, adapt, and execute.
LOCATION
We’re a remote-forever team, which means you can work from anywhere in the U.S., though Eastern or Central time zones make collaboration and client service a breeze. What matters most is how you show up—prepared, proactive, and ready to move conversations forward in a high-accountability, high-autonomy environment.
COMP & PERKS
We believe in compensation that meets you where you are. That means we have a “choose your own adventure” plan, designed with your strengths in mind. You can expect $180,000-$200,000 OTE, inclusive of a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.
Beyond that, we’ve got you and your family covered—100 percent. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are fully paid by us, with buy-up plans available as well. You’ll also have 30 days of flexible PTO, a 401(k) with company match, enjoy in-person team events, and more.
