A DAY IN THE LIFE →
As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll act as the mini-GM of your territory, overseeing business across the Midwest. You’ll spend your days in the field—traveling with rep agencies in Electrical, Industrial, and Plumbing trade groups, calling on distributors, OEMs, and contractors. Every sales call is an opportunity to reinforce Gregory’s promise; we win on value and service.
You’ll run trainings and joint calls, manage playbooks and pricing matrices, and track every market shift in our CRM. You’ll motivate long-time rep partners, re-engage those who need accountability, and step in directly when accounts require your leadership. You’ll prepare quarterly reviews, attend trade shows, and represent Gregory Strut with the professionalism and grit that set us apart.
And when competitors stall waiting for corporate sign-off, you’ll already have made the call in the field—because here, we trust you to run your territory like it’s your own business.

You know strut. You know the distributors, the contractors, the rep agencies—and you’ve put in the miles to prove it. You’re fluent in building those relationships and holding reps accountable, and you bring both the field experience and the business acumen to own a territory and grow it like it’s yours. You’re also wired for teamwork and camaraderie, ready to roll up your sleeves and lead with both grit and service.
LOCATION →
This role covers the Midwest Territory, approximately 300+ mile radius around Chicago. A Midwest home base within the territory is required. Throughout the year, you will also travel to industry events, 6-8 trade shows, and our new corporate HQ in Canton, OH.
COMPENSATION →
This package includes a $105K base salary plus a performance-based bonus of $28K, fully paid when the company hits its goals. And if Gregory Strut outperforms, you’ll see a kicker on top of that. This role isn’t capped—it grows when we do.
You’ll also receive a $750/month car allowance, a company phone, laptop, and credit card, with all travel expenses covered. Benefits include a 401K with company match, excellent medical coverage through Cigna via Aultcare, three weeks of PTO, and ten paid holidays. When you’re off, you’re off—we respect work/life balance.
