This isn’t a “behind-your-desk” kind of role. It’s a complex, consultative sale where you’ll work with both existing accounts and new prospects to solve formulation challenges in real time. Your mission is to present our portfolio of solutions in a way that resonates with technical decision-makers. That means learning how to speak your customers’ language—whether it’s converting milligrams to pounds, explaining particle dispersion, or understanding how product decisions impact taste, texture, and performance.
What makes this work exciting is the innovation behind it. Our patented VitaCyclix® process helps customers deliver nutrients like Vitamin D into dairy or juice products—without altering taste, color, or odor. Our technology creates finer particle sizes to improve dispersibility and product quality. From potassium chloride alternatives used in snacks to next-gen probiotics that support digestive and women’s health, we’re always chasing the next great need. Customers often come to us first when they’re seeking alternatives, exploring new formulations, or responding to tariff-driven sourcing shifts.
What You’re Excited to Bring to MORRE-TEC:
We operate with the energy of a startup, backed by decades of credibility. That means our environment is best suited for someone who thrives on a smaller team, in a fast-paced setting where agility is essential and wearing multiple hats is the norm.
You’ve sold ingredients to the same industries we serve and already maintain relationships across multiple customers in markets across food, beverage, nutrition, and personal care applications. You understand how to educate R&D partners on functionality, how to position value-added products supported by studies or performance data, and how to discuss cost-in-use and margin in a way that earns long-term trust. A degree in biology, chemistry, food science, or a related scientific discipline is strongly preferred, as it will help you understand our ingredients and articulate their value clearly and credibly.
You take initiative, follow through without being chased, and keep communication flowing—whether that’s updating the CRM, looping in leadership, or checking in with internal teams.
You bring confidence without ego, curiosity without hesitation, and a humble willingness to keep learning. Most of all, you’re energized by working hands-on with innovators who are shaping the next generation of products.
Compensation:
You’ll start off with an annual base salary of $100K+. Commission is uncapped and your earning potential will increase the longer you are with us.
Location: Remote + Travel
Our office is located in Union, NJ. You'll spend some of your time at our headquarters and the rest in the field meeting prospects and customers across the US. Expect about 40% travel (by car and plane).
